Vintage Noritake Japan twin handled bowl, hand painted with a landscape scene of a waterside settlement with buildings amongst green banks and trees, stretching to a yellow sunset beyond. The blue band around the rim has negative white floral decoration and gilt embellishments to the handles, all finished in a slightly iridescent lustre glaze. Underside bears the Noritake Japan mark featuring the green 'Komaru', dating from 1920's onwards.
